For a day or a weekend, we offer you a modern, fully-equipped studio in a quiet area with excellent links to the town centre.
For € 120 / night - 2 pers. - breakfast included.
Price for 1 night: € 120
The price is for the rental of the studio for 1 night, including breakfast, for 2 people.
If you choose not to have breakfast with us, the price will be reduced by 20 €, i.e. 100 € / night.
You are responsible for paying the Brussels regional tourist tax (€3 per night).
Arrival possible from 5pm. Departure by 10am at the latest.
No smoking.
No pets allowed.

A STUDIO IN BRUSSELS
Our B&B is located in the Stockel district, a green and quiet part of town, a sort of village in Brussels. Around the corner you'll find a variety of shops, a fashionable shopping arcade (Stockel Square), a local cinema with a varied programme (Cinéma Le Stockel) and numerous restaurants (in order of proximity, max. 500 m., non-exhaustive list):

Our B&B is located in an area where parking is subject to a charge. If you are coming by car, we advise you to park your vehicle in a free space (e.g. Grands Prix Avenue or public car park next to Stockel Square (Interparking).

IN THE AREA
A modern, fully-equipped studio in a quiet area with excellent links to Brussels city centre.
We welcome you with a chocolate and tea theme in a 40 m² studio comprising a bedroom, bathroom and breakfast/kitchen area.
The most important thing is a large, comfortable bed (width 180 cm, sofa bed) with a cosy duvet. There are also 2 armchairs. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The breakfast area in your studio has a table, chairs and full service for 2 people. We offer a full and delicious breakfast. It will consist of tea or coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, jams and Belgian specialities such as pistolets or craquelin.
If you prefer to go out, there are several bakeries and a Pain Quotidien nearby. In this case, the price of the studio is reduced (see prices).
Fully-equipped kitchen: a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee-making machine are available.
Bathroom with bath and shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
